A battery pack consists of several battery cells. These cells are connected either in series or in parallel. We manufacture connecting rails, or battery connectors for short, made of bare, nickel-plated, tin-plated or silver-plated copper Cu-ETP, for transmitting current between the individual cells.
Applications for such battery packs: cars, quads, motorbikes, buses, trains, commercial vehicles, fun sports vehicles, pedelecs, segways, storage technology for renewable energies, power supply and much more.

You will receive a punched, deburred and bent busbar to buzzbar standard within seven working days.
In order to protect adjacent components, we often provide the battery connection rails with a heat-shrinkable sleeve. The design, size and number of cells in the battery play a significant role in the design. It is therefore possible that connectors with individual cross-sections, bends for displacement and vibration compensation and insulation must also be manufactured.
