Our range of semi-finished Copper Bars allows you to order individual busbars or small quantities of Copper Bars. Our procurement of copper busbars is spread across multiple suppliers due to the risk of failure. We have tested and approved our distributor structure.
The Cu-ETP Copper Bars have a standard length of 4000 mm and are supplied to you on special wooden racks. We at buzzbar take care of the commissioning and delivery immediately after receiving your order.
Our Copper Bars are used as raw material for the manufacture of busbars or other products. Smaller quantities are not usually available.
The solution: Order copper bars from our buzzbar stock and get only what you really need. A standard length of 4000 mm allows you to be flexible in your further processing. Shorter Copper Bars can be found in our busbar cuttings.
Cu-ETP is an electrolytically refined, oxygen-containing copper with a very high thermal and electrical conductivity. This is why we only use pure Cu-ETP copper for our busbars. This material also ensures that the voltage drop in your system remains as low as possible.
Our Cu-ETP busbars have a tensile strength of 250 MPa (N/mm²) [R250] and a conductivity of at least 57 MS/m in accordance with DIN EN 13601. The current carrying capacity of copper busbars is generally defined in DIN 43671. Further technical details can be found here.
Our copper Cu-ETP busbars, also known as busbars, are electrical connecting elements (such as cable harnesses) in power engineering, high-voltage engineering, the electrical industry, the chemical industry, energy supply, switchgear, renewable energies, storage technology, mechanical engineering and electromobility.
You will receive a punched, deburred and bent busbar to buzzbar standard within seven working days.
